Enterprise Agreement
In November 2022 a new Enterprise Agreement came into effect and operates until 30 June 2025. Back pay will backdated back to 1 July 2022. A copy of the new agreement has been posted on this website. The agreement allows for pay rises of 4%, 4% and 3% over the duration of the agreement, plus cost of living adjustment payments.
